What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during weekdays. For urgent matters, please call us directly.
Can I visit the center without an appointment?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure the right staff member is available to assist you with your specific needs.
